How to Sign Up
Create a new account to access the platform and get started.

Step 01 — Create Your Account
- Go to the CIA platform landing page.
- Click "Create Your Account" or "Sign Up here".
- Choose one of the following sign-up methods:
Email Sign Up or Continue with Google
- If using email, enter your Full Name.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Create and confirm your Password.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Click "Next" to proceed.
Step 02 — Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification code.
- Enter the code on the verification screen.
- Once verified, you'll be redirected to your dashboard.
How to Sign In
Access your account by signing in with your email & password.

Step 01 — Sign In to Your Account
- Go to the CIA login page.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click "Sign In".
- You'll be redirected to the dashboard after successful login.
Forgot / Reset Password
Reset your password if you can't remember it to regain access.

Step 01 — Click "Forgot Password"
- On the login page, click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your registered Email Address.
- Click "Reset Code".
Step 02 — Enter Verification Code
- Check your email for the verification code.
- Enter the code on the reset screen.
Step 03 — Create New Password
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Use your new password to sign in to your account.
Add / Upload Model
Here's how you can upload your model file.

Step 01 — Navigate to Models
- Go to the Model section from the sidebar.
- From the upper right corner, select "Add Model".
Step 02 — Upload Your 3D Model
- Upload your 3D model file (GLB or USDZ format).
- Enter the required details: Model Name, Category, and Description.
- Click "Upload Model" — your model QR will be ready to design.
Step 03 — Design Your QR Code
- Customize your QR code design.
- To add a logo, select one from the options or upload your own.
- Customize the QR colors as you like.
- Click "Download QR" to save and share your model.
Support & Help
If you face any issue within the app, create a support request.

Step 01 — Submit a Support Request
- Take a screenshot of the issue you're facing.
- Go to the Support & Help section from the sidebar.
- In the Attachments section, upload the screenshot.
- Enter the required details: Name, Email, Contact Number, Issue Summary, and Description.
- Click "Submit Request".
Subscription
To buy or upgrade your subscription, follow these steps.

Step 01 — Choose a Plan
- Go to the Subscription section from the sidebar.
- Browse the available subscription plans.
- Click "Subscribe Now" or "Upgrade Now" on the plan you want.
Step 02 — Complete Payment
- Complete the payment process.
- Enter the required payment details.
- Click "Pay" to finalize your subscription.
